Matt brings 20+ years of commercial flooring experience to Select Tile, Marble & Flooring. He has been a member of Local 2168 Floor Coverers United Brotherhood of Carpenters throughout his entire career in the flooring industry. He has 17+ years’ experience as a lead Foreman, managing many large, high-profile projects throughout the Northeast including Google in Cambridge, MA, AMC Theatre in Somerville, MA, Harvard University’s Dunster House in Cambridge, MA and Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA, just to name a few. One of his most notable achievements is working at the life science and biotech properties in Cambridge, particularly for Pfizer. Matt is an excellent manager who appreciates his fellow floor coverers and works hard to create an environment of teamwork. He has an eye for detail within the flooring industry that is crucial to successful projects.
Vinny brings 21 years of tile and stone experience to Select Tile, Marble & Flooring, LLC. He joined Local 3 directly out of High School as a finisher and performed that work for 11 years. After his time in Local 3, Vinny went to drafting school and then interned at a stone fabrication and installation shop. The internship turned into a full-time position as a drafter, and he eventually progressed to a role as an Assistant Project Manager. Vinny is currently a Project Manager for Select Tile. He prides himself in his great communication skills, his ability to perform projects safely, on time and under budget, as well as his commitment to his work and team.
Joseph brings 28+ years of experience in warehouse management to Select Tile, Marble & Flooring. Joseph’s work ethic and strong leadership skills stemmed from his ability to collaborate with his coworkers and team members in an entry level position right after high school, and quickly worked his way up to project management and leadership roles. Joseph has proven his ability to maximize efficiency through use of resources and organizational leadership. Joseph has completed several warehouse safety trainings and has demonstrated his dedication to employee safety over the course of his career.
Manny brings 34 years of experience to Select Tile, Marble, and Flooring, LLC. Manny started his career in the flooring industry in 1988 as an apprentice, where he excelled at his position and progressed to a Journeyman and then eventually became a Foreman. In 2007, Manny had risen to Field Supervisor and continued in that position for 6 years. Prior to starting with Select Tile in 2022, Manny worked for some of the biggest commercial flooring contractors in the industry. During his 34 years in the industry, Manny has been a member of Local 2168. He prides himself with having excellent customer service skills, a proactive work ethic and with understanding the importance of quality of work and productivity.
Hanna graduated top of her class from Franklin Pierce University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing. Hanna brings with her years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design and administrative work. At Select Demo, she works directly under the VP of Business Development assisting with social media content, campaign/ad design, business development, client relations, company presentations and pre-qualification packages.
Steve Harding brings 16 years of commercial flooring experience to Select Tile, Marble & Flooring. As a Project Manager, he prepares competitive bids and delivers floorcovering projects with great attention to detail. Steve prides himself in problem solving, completing projects safely and within budget, as well as maintaining quality partnerships within the industry. He also enjoys utilizing the latest software and technology to optimize productivity and organization.
Dan brings with him 8 years of commercial and industrial construction experience to Select Tile, Marble & Flooring. Dan works diligently preparing quality and accurate estimates that include but are not limited to: carpet, resilient, polished concrete and epoxy, in a fast paced and ever-growing industry. He strives to provide competitive and accurate quotes to customers, while providing detailed information in descope meetings to prevent potential issues once the project commences. Dan looks forward to implementing new, creative ideas to help streamline the bidding process to provide the best results to his clients.
Gabrielle brings with her over 15 years of purchasing experience in the commercial flooring industry. She works very closely with the Project Management and Estimating Teams to ensure all projects run efficiently by ensuring that materials and supplies are ordered accurately and arrive on time to meet installation deadlines. This is achieved by having long-standing working relationship with the many vendors that supply project materials. She works directly with general contracting firms to locate alternate materials that are stocked locally to meet the strict construction deadlines on Select Tile’s commercial flooring projects. Gabrielle is also responsible for managing all submittals, approvals, LEED packages and closeouts. She has a long work history with her current Select Tile, Marble & Flooring Team, as they have worked together for 15+ years on some of the largest high-profile projects in the greater Boston Area. Some of the major projects Gabrielle has worked on are as follows: Encore Casino Hotel in Everett, MA; One Dalton Street in Boston, MA; Mass General at Assembly in Somerville, MA, Archer Residences in Boston, MA; and 112 Shawmut Avenue in Boston, MA, just to name a few.
Stacie has 35 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger knowledge. Her accounting background has been in the manufacturing industry, and she has spent the last three years of her career working for the Select Group of Companies. She is responsible for streamlining all accounting functions and the process flow between accounts payable and purchasing, thereby making her a key contributor to Select Group’s overall financial growth. Stacie holds a degree in Business Management from Northern Essex Community College Continued Education at Framingham State College.
Ryan brings 20 years of construction, demolition and abatement experience to Select Tile, Marble & Flooring. Ryan started his career working in the field, and he quickly worked his way up the ranks eventually advancing to become President of Select Demo (Select Tile’s sister company), as well as the President and founder of four affiliated companies – Select Spray Systems, LLC, Select Paint & Finishes, LLC, Select Tile, Marble & Flooring, LLC and K-Town Disposal, LLC. Ryan prides himself on having a keen intuition on the needs and demands of his clients, understands hard work and strategy, has surrounded himself with the best team in the industry and most importantly, has not forgotten where he came from. He is currently a Manager on the Boston Muscle Team Charity Event in Boston
Ryan started at the Select Group of Companies in 2014 as an intern from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he helped develop a scheduling system that has continued to assist the company in efficiency and organization. Ryan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 and then became a full time Project Manager for Select Demo. Ryan has managed many successful projects, a notable one being 125 High Street, Boston, MA, in which he managed the interior demolition of 10 floors where he coordinated access with the building, established project schedules and donated all furniture to various charitable organizations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Ryan has become the primary Project Manager for all “White Box” projects for the Select Group. As Planning Director, he is responsible for managing the internal operations and logistics for all Select Tile projects.
Anthony brings over 10 years of commercial floorcovering experience to Select Tile, but has been involved in this industry his entire life, as his father was a Local 2168 Floorcoverer. Anthony commenced his career scheduling union installs and quickly worked his way to project managing some of the biggest, highest profile floorcovering projects in the Northeast. He enjoys heading up complex and challenging projects, while balancing budgets, scheduling deadlines and performing client relations. He strives to further develop efficiencies in all facets of the business, both in the field and within the office. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
