Select Tile, Marble & Flooring, LLC was contracted by The Richmond Group to perform flooring and tile installation at the new 22,000 SF Boston Southline Labs that Portal Innovations opened at the recently rehabbed Boston Globe Building in Dorchester, MA. Select Tile’s scope included 27,000 SF of moisture mitigation, the furnish and install of 1500 yards of Interface carpet tile, 12,000 SF of Mondo Harmony rubber tile, 4,200 SF Interface LVT, 4,000 SF of Ardex K523 polishable topping slab, 1,500 SF of Dur-A-Flex Hybriflex AQ epoxy floors, two Tilebar backsplashes along with Porcelanosa tile stair treads.
