Select Tile, Marble & Flooring was contracted by Consigli Construction Co. to perform the flooring and tile install at 280 Western Avenue in Allston, MA, a 35-unit residential complex at the new Allston Labworks, a 585,000 SF mixed-use development that consists of class A laboratory space, ground floor retail, residential units, and community spaces open to the public. Select Tile’s scope including the install of carpeting in the common corridors and conference rooms, along with LVT flooring in the common dining areas and individual apartment units. Select Tile also installed tile flooring within the lobbies, mail rooms, pet spas, apartment unit bathroom floors, walls and showers.
