Select Tile, Marble & Flooring, LLC was contracted by The Richmond Group to perform the flooring and tile install at this new, purpose built 145,000 SF research, development of office campus that will house the Broad Institute, a renowned academic health research organization formed through a partnership between MIT and Harvard in 2004, on a new life sciences campus at Blue Sky Drive in Burlington, MA. This facility will serve as the new home for advanced genomics and clinical labs, complementing the ongoing expansion of the existing Kendall Square campus. Select Tile installed various flooring types including epoxy, carpet tile, rubber tile, and both floor and wall tile on the first three levels, supporting the mission to enhance health research and biopharmaceutical innovation.
