Select Tile, Marble & Flooring, LLC was contracted by Suffolk Construction Co. on the renovation of Northeastern University’s Market at 60 Belvidere Street (formerly 39 Dalton). Located in the South Tower of the former Sheraton Boston Hotel—now transformed into student dormitories—this modern grab-and-go dining concept serves as a convenient amenity for Northeastern students in the heart of the Back Bay. Select Tile’s scope consisted of floor leveling and installation of 6,650 SF of floor tile and 2,700 SF of wall tile. From perfectly smooth and level flooring to the refined aesthetic of varied wall tile applications, the finished space is a showcase of Select Tile’s commitment to quality craftsmanship. The floor tile features a clean stack bond pattern that emphasizes the square grid motif, flowing seamlessly from floor to wall and creating a cohesive, modern design throughout the space.
